Caleb Reid

This man is somewhat of an enigma. As a junior Caleb simply dominated the competition, the results came easy and a future as a touring pro looked ominous. But ain’t it funny how life takes a turn. A re-evaluation of the priorities has seen Caleb take a more expressive direction in life. Surf, work, paint, surf, learn, surf, live… and so it goes.
The talent is still ripe, and should he choose, a life on the tour is by no means out of the question. But for now Caleb can be found most days surfing south side of the bridge, mostly in the air, and kind of inverted at times. When that’s done its back to the arty stuff, working, more learning, and basically doing whatever tickles his fancy.
